Verizon +play
The launch of +play, a new direct-to-consumer product, created an additional multi-million dollar revenue stream for Verizon and expanded strategic partnerships with top brands like Netflix, max, NFL, and Google. I worked with partners to understand their key targets and content drivers and to develop exclusive bundles and offers. My team programmed multiple touch points to ensure the most relevant content was featured. I also worked with UX and research teams to iterate on the user interface based on customer feedback and performance analysis. I created the go-to-market strategy and aligned it across multiple stakeholder teams including sales, PR, experiential, insights & analytics, and digital. The program became the basis of a larger content integration strategy to drive mobility.
